Intended for the beginning student, or the student interested in improving health, this class offers instruction in Tai Chi 24 Form, basic Qigong practices such as Eight Piece Brocade and fundamental stretching/movement exercises to help you progress through the form.

Goals:
– improved general well-being (flexibility, energy, coordination, and more)
– instruction in basic Qigong exercises intended for improving personal health
– instruction in Tai Chi 24 Form
