Tai Chi / Qigong

Intended for the beginning student, or the student interested in improving their health, this class offers instruction in Yang Style 24 Form, basic Qigong practices such as Eight Piece Brocade and fundamental stretching/movement exercises to help you progress through the form.

Goals:
– improved general well-being (flexibility, energy, coordination, and more)
– instruction in basic Qigong exercises intended for improving personal health
– instruction in Yang Style Form 24
